Movin on uhuhuhhuhuhuhuhup

Was that a title to a former post? I'm thinking yes..? Well it certainly feels good to know that I'm still headed in the right direction after all.

UP

So instead of working on my three midterm papers, I'm sitting here fantisizing about my new digs. My theme- world traveler? parisian chic? boy meets grandma? or simply a clusterfuck of possessions that were cheap, no, free.

I.
Cant.
Waaaaaiiiiittttttt.

to decorate and throw shit away and FINALLY come back to my cozy, warm house for VISITS--- way better feeling than living there all along.

Oh oh ohhhh and I just spent two days with my lovely grandparents. I am now the owner of two pairs of gloves- white cotton from the '50s and black leather from the '70s (ohlala biker chic?), various jewlery and a GORGEOUS brooch from the '50s/'60s and the coolest little personal ashtray from the '70s that my greatgrandmother (Mama Wood- oh yeahhh) used to carry around, oh-so-politely ashing in her ashtray rather than littering the ground with that smut. sigh.

and contrary to any sort of vision I ever had of myself- get ready--

I.... I like.. to... I like to SHOOT GUNS.
ohchrist.

fuckme I can't help it! I was like Angelina/Bonnie/Thelma&Louise-- I was a badass. And a pretty good shot too according to Grandad. In fact, I don't think he could possibly love me more unless I actually grew a pair of balls right before his eyes.

It was wonderful, the calm of retirement and familiarity. My grandmother still cuts the hair of the decrepid skeletal remains of friends just past expiration. Also have I mentioned yet that she actually does do the corpses of her customers once they do move on to the big salon in the sky?? Yes it's true and I'm dying (figuratively..ehhh) to see her in action.

Back to the beginning Im moving in with M and C and we're in the market for a fourth so if you know anyone? We're all totally abnormal in the most absurdly general ways. We're going to be down (way down) the street from grant park, borderline section8 (tooootally fine since we're poorer than poor people), and if you see someone struggling on a blue cruiser bike-- yeah, thats me.

rip corey haim- you were funny in lucas and.. lost boys.
